Felicia Williams
Pasadena City Council District 2
Pasadena Councilmember Felicia Williams has announced the endorsements of key business and labor leaders in Los Angeles – Los Angeles and Orange County Building Trades Council, LA County Business Federation, Pasadena Foothill Association of Realtors, and local Pasadena business owners. Recognizing Councilmember Williams’ leadership in supporting local businesses, creating good jobs, and promoting housing at all income levels to meet the needs of Pasadena, these organizations are proudly supporting her re-election campaign.
“My first job was in my mother’s Century 21 real estate office. That inspired me to start my own small business consulting with cities to finance large infrastructure projects that create good jobs. I am proud to have the support of the business community and trade unions so we can work together on a more accessible and affordable Pasadena.” said Councilmember Felicia Williams.
“Between her work on the City Council to ensure new development provides community benefits and local hiring to her professional work financing projects that provide good jobs for the construction trades, Felicia has been a champion for working families.” Said Ernesto Medrano, Executive Secretary of the Los Angeles and Orange County Building Trades Council, which serves 48 local unions with 150,000 members.
“Felicia understands that small businesses are the backbone of the economy, accounting for 60% of new jobs created since 1995. She has supported local businesses during and after the pandemic, and we need her voice on the City Council so we can continue to thrive,” said Gale Kohl of Gale’s Restaurant.
